Our Wellbeing Activities are free to attend for all eligible first responders and their families/inner circles. To view our current events, head to the Wellbeing Activities Calendar.
Our Wellbeing Activities are designed to build resilience by engaging individuals and their social networks to proactively look after their health and seek support when they need it.
We have a number of different types of activities; all of which are are underpinned by the 5 Ways To Wellbeing – a set of practical lifestyle habits to help us be mentally fit.
Some are offered as a one-off such as a cooking class or zoo visit. Others are recurring, for example weekly walking or personal training groups. If you join an ongoing group, a commitment is recommended, however there is always flexibility.
Due to popular demand, we are prioritising three one-off activities per person. Please apply if you would like to attend more, and we will be in touch if places become available.
We are currently offering in-person Wellbeing Activities in NSW, ACT, QLD, VIC, NT, and WA.
The current communities we serve include; Melbourne, Gippsland, South East NSW, Canberra, Illawarra, Shoalhaven, Sydney, Newcastle, NSW Mid North Coast, Northern NSW, South East Queensland, Brisbane, Darwin, and Perth.
However, our virtual activities and wellbeing resources are available to anyone, anywhere, anytime.

We know that every family is different, and that the meaning of ‘family’ comes from your own background, values, and circumstances.

In some instances, wellbeing activities may have limited capacity, in which case we may need to limit the number of places available to each family.
