If life is in danger
Beyond Blue 24/7 crisis support
Fortem Australia during business hours
This is a group fitness program developed by a personal trainer who offers a different workout every week to keep it fresh and keep you motivated. Workouts include cardio, functional strength training, learning new exercises and correct technique, using a wide range of training styles such as high-intensity training, circuits, individual challenges, and team workouts.
There are so many group fitness benefits. It’ll help keep you accountable and challenged, it may even motivate you to push yourself harder.
This free wellbeing activity is for first responder families (check out who we serve here). Register yourself, and up to one other adult or teenager aged 16 and over (your partner, family member, or someone from your inner circle). Encourage a first responder colleague to register too, or make connections on the day.
All Fortem Wellbeing Activities are underpinned by the 5 Ways to Wellbeing – a set of practical lifestyle habits which contribute to our overall mental fitness. This model by our partners at The Royal Melbourne Hospital is based on widely researched, effective strategies for improving mental health and wellbeing, and forms the foundation of all Fortem Australia events, programs, and activities.
