Join us for a beautiful walk through East Point. We will meet at the Military Museum bright and early with the intention of discovering some of the wonderful wildlife. East Point is home to wallabies, a diverse range of birds, and amphibian life. We will limit the walk to 4kms and will take it slow to see more!

This free wellbeing activity is for first responder families (check out who we serve). Register yourself, and up to one other adult and up to two children aged 4 and over.

All Fortem Wellbeing Activities are underpinned by the 5 Ways to Wellbeing. Created by our partners at The Royal Melbourne Hospital, this is a set of practical lifestyle habits which contribute to improving our overall mental fitness.
