First responder families, join us for 6 weeks of yoga: theory, breath, movement, balance, and release. In this super charged and fast paced time, it is becoming vital to nurture the health of your mind. Yoga does just that but with the bonus of getting strong, flexible, fit and well balanced all around. No prior experience necessary. Yoga is for every body.
This free wellbeing activity is for first responder families (check out Who We Serve here). Register individually, or with up to one other adult (your partner, family member or someone from your inner circle). Encourage a first responder colleague to register too.
Fortem is an official partner of The Royal Melbourne Hospital’s 5 Ways to Wellbeing – connect, be active, keep learning, be mindful, and help others. The 5 Ways are integrated into all our activities, events, and programs to highlight the benefits of incorporating simple lifestyle changes to your day-to-day.
