Let’s Step it Out! Killalea I Week 3 I Illawarra

Come along for the walk and learn more about Fortem Australia and what activities/services we provide, as well as meet new people and develop relationships through socialising.
We will be walking from the top of Reflections Killalea Reseve near the kiosk then walking along the grass/dirt track around the lagoon, then along the beach and up the stairs. Once we finish the walk we can stop at the cafe’ within the park for a drink.
The walk will take about an hour, as we are walking through the natural environment their are some hills, uneven surfaces and stairs. The track we will be walking is similar to the 5km Park Run, however I have shorten it, and we will finish at the top of the stairs. https://www.parkrun.com.au/shellharbour/course/
What to bring/wear
- hat, sunscreen and additional drinks
- It’s encouraged that attendees wear enclosed shoes, such as sneakers. You should wear sun smart/ comfortable clothes that are easy to move in.
This free wellbeing activity is for first responder families (check out Who We Serve here). Register individually, or with up to one other adult and up to two children from your family or inner circle. Encourage a first responder colleague to register too.
