Lunch Time Body Weight Workout | Virtual

An event every week that begins at 12:15 pm on Wednesday, happening 4 times

First responder families, join us weekly for a 45 minute workout, starting on Wednesday 1st September. These bodyweight exercises can help build cardiovascular endurance, muscle strength and coordination – no equipment is required. Led by an experienced personal trainer who is positive, enthusiastic and passionate, he helps his clients achieve their goals every day. These sessions are suitable for all fitness abilities.

Classes will run on Wednesday 6, 13, 20, and 27 October. You’re welcome to 1,2,3 or all 4 classes! (Select dates on the registration form for the sessions you would like to attend). All you need is some space, computer connection, water bottle, a mat (if you have one) and please wear appropriate clothing for a fitness activity.

This free wellbeing activity is for first responder families (check out Who We Serve here). Register individually, or with up to one other adult (your partner, family member or someone from your inner circle). Encourage a first responder colleague to register too.

The 5 Ways are integrated into all our activities, events, and programs to highlight the benefits of incorporating simple lifestyle changes to your day-to-day.
