EXTENDED FOR ANOTHER 4 WEEKS – ALL THROUGHOUT OCTOBER: A fun lunchtime activity to get you moving and grooving!
The VIRTUAL dance fit class is a quick 30-minute session to uplift and energise anyone currently in lockdown. Shake up the work/school from home routine with a fun, dance-inspired cardio workout. Suitable for everyone – absolute beginners as well as more advanced dancers.
This free wellbeing activity is for first responder families (check out Who We Serve here). Register individually, or with up to one other adult and up to three children from your inner circle. Encourage a first responder colleague to register too.
