Lunchtime Fitness Sessions 8 Weeks | Virtual

First responder families, kickstart the new year with a focus on your health and fitness routine with Fortem Australia’s Virtual 8 week exercise program. The sessions will be held by Fortem Australia’s Exercise Physiologist, with a focus on building strength, coordination, balance and overal fitness and is a perfect way to break up the day with some fitness.
We will meet weekly for 8 weeks at 12:00pm on Mondays from 17 Jan to 7 March 2022. Recommended to get the most from our classes are small weights, a resistance band, and a mat or soft floor to exercise on.
This free wellbeing activity is for first responder families (check out Who We Serve here). Register individually, or with up to one other adult (your partner, family member or someone from your inner circle). Encourage a first responder colleague to register too.
