Join us for a calming meditation session focused on relaxation, stress relief, and emotional resilience; suitable for all levels, you’ll gain practical tools to manage stress, find peace, and stay balanced in daily life along with fellow first responders.

This free wellbeing activity is for first responder families (check out who we serve). Register yourself, and up to one other adult.  

All Fortem Wellbeing Activities are underpinned by the 5 Ways to Wellbeing. Created by our partners at The Royal Melbourne Hospital, this is a set of practical lifestyle habits which contribute to improving our overall mental fitness.
