First responder families, join us for a monthly catch-up and paddle, learning or improving your stand up paddle skills with a trained coach. Stand up paddle is a great form of low-impact exercise which gets your whole body moving. Spend time connecting with other local first responder families while you try your hand at S.U.P. Fit, S.U.P. Pilates, S.U.P. YogaFit, S.U.P. Ball, and improve your paddle technique.
This free wellbeing activity is for first responder families (check out Who We Serve here). Register individually, or with up to one other adult (your partner, family member or someone from your inner circle). Encourage a first responder colleague to register too.
