Release some tension; come along for a motion (stretch and release) session in Palmerston. This is a slow paced, floor based stretch class designed to bring balance to the nervous system, whilst mobilising the body and releasing muscle tension. Together we will focus on exactly what you need in the moment to ensure you leave your session with a feeling of renewed energy and vigour.
This free wellbeing activity is for first responder families (check out who we serve here). Register yourself, and up to one other adult or teenager aged 16 and over (your partner, family member, or someone from your inner circle). Encourage a first responder colleague to register too, or make connections on the day.
All Fortem Wellbeing Activities are underpinned by the 5 Ways to Wellbeing — a set of practical lifestyle habits which contribute to our overall mental fitness. This model by our partners at The Royal Melbourne Hospital is based on widely researched, effective strategies for improving mental health and wellbeing, and forms the foundation of all Fortem Australia events, programs, and activities.
