This month Veet will guide us through how to make a well rounded vegan buddha/goddess/poke bowl, to ensure you get a healthy balance essential nutrients.

A great interactive activity for families and individuals alike.

This online activity is accessed via Teams. There is no need to download any software as Teams can be accessed through most internet browsers.

To participate, you will need:

PC, laptop, tablet or smartphone with video calling capabilities
Internet connection capable of sustaining an online video call

This free wellbeing activity is for first responder families (check out who we serve). Register yourself, and up to one other adult and up to two children.
