Lunchtime Fitness Sessions | Virtual

Keep up your strength and fitness through lockdown with this 6 week group fitness sessions online.

 

This group fitness class will meet weekly for 6 weeks – Tuesday 12th October, Tuesday 19th October, Tuesday 26th October, Tuesday 2nd November, Tuesday 9th November, Tuesday 16th November.

 

The sessions will focus on building strength, coordination and fitness – no equipment necessary. And an opportunity for those in lockdown to connect with other first responders at lunchtime and get fit together.

 

The sessions will be held by Fortem’s exercise physiologist.
