Walk Snap Explore Coastal Walk I Illawarra

November 23 @ 8:00 am - 12:00 pm AEDT

First responder families, join us for a walk amongst ocean views, spectacular rock formations, and unspoilt beaches. The walk has three sections, made up of a series of shorter walks/cycling paths from river south to beach. Offering a mix of sealed paths, grassed tracks and beach walking, the hills are gentle enough for most fitness levels. Use your camera or phone to snap some of the incredible landscapes.

When we arrive at our destination, we can stop and explore a little, or go for a swim if you like. We’ll then drop by a local café, and settle at a picnic spot for some morning tea. The walk will take approximately 1 hour one way. As we’re walking through the natural environment their are uneven surfaces, stairs and hills, there are some sealed tracks along the way.

This free wellbeing activity is for first responder families (check out Who We Serve here). Register individually, or with up to one other adult (your partner, family member or someone from your inner circle). Encourage a first responder colleague to register too.
