Now is the time to get fit together with group training! Sydney first responder families, join our fitness class in South Sydney. These group training sessions will take place indoors, consisting of circuit-style exercises. They cater for all fitness levels & abilities & can modify the session accordingly. This class will help you to build mateship with your first responder community, while delivering the incredible, holistic benefits of regular physical exercise. You will have the opportunity to support one another to reach fitness goals, sharing in progress and achievements as a group. The dynamic of group fitness helps to increase motivation and accountability, and provides regular social contact.
The dates for the four week program are: 8th, 15th, 22nd, 29th July
This free wellbeing activity is for first responder families (check eligibility here). You can register another adult, or teenager (minimum age 16), from your family or kinship group. Or you could encourage a fellow first responder colleague to register too. You will need to bring a towel, water bottle and have closed in shoes and exercise clothes. Fortem is currently monitoring COVID guidelines closely and may reschedule this event and notify participants accordingly. Restrictions apply in line with current COVID regulations.
