Get your taste buds fired up with this Grill, Low ‘n Slow, & Deep Frying BBQ cooking class with a multi-award winning pitmaster. An amazing opportunity for first responder families in the Port Macquarie region to master low ‘n slow pork ribs, reverse seared steaks, and southern fried chicken. During the two hour activity, you will learn the fundamentals of low n slow barbecue and grilling, covering basic techniques to ensure great barbecue every time. It is a chance to grill the expert with all your questions during the Q&A session.

A great way to build meaningful social connections with your partner, family, or kinship group as well as to engage with other first responder families. Group cooking programs have been associated with a positive influence on a range of psychosocial factors including self-esteem, social interaction, quality of life, psychological wellbeing and reduction in anxiety.
