Get your taste buds fired up with this Low ‘n Slow BBQ cooking class with a multi-award winning pitmaster. An amazing opportunity for first responder families in the Port Macquarie Region to master Beef Brisket, Pork Ribs & Reverse Seared Scotch Fillet Steaks. During the two hour activity, you will learn the fundamentals of low n slow barbecue & grilling, covering basic techniques to ensure great barbecue every time. It is a chance to grill the expert with all your questions during the Q&A session.

A great way to build meaningful social connections with your partner or family, as well as engaging with other first responders families. Group cooking programs have been associated with a positive influence on a range of psychosocial factors including self-esteem, social interaction, quality of life, psychological wellbeing and reduction in anxiety.
