4 Week Boxing Program | Port Macquarie

First responder families from the Port Macquarie area, join us for boxing lessons to get active, get connected and learn a new skill. Boxing is a great exercise to improve and maintain physical health, and relieve stress, for your mental fitness. Group fitness classes are a great way to connect and socialise with other local first responders, to boost your social well-being by broadening social networks and range of relationships with others in the wider community.

The one hour boxing lessons will take place on Saturdays, 7th, 14th, 21st and 28th Nov. Participants are required to bring boxing gloves, towel and water bottle.  A discount code and details for purchasing boxing gloves from SportPower Port Macquarie will be provided after you have registered.

This activity is free for first responder families. Suitable for children aged 14 years and over, when being registered as part of a family. Fortem is currently monitoring COVID guidelines closely and may reschedule this event and notify participants accordingly.
