Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Class June | Northern NSW
First responder families join us for a Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Class to get active, get connected and learn a new skill. Martial arts are a great exercise to improve and maintain physical health and relieve stress, for your mental fitness. Plus learning a new skill has been correlated with positive effects on wellbeing! It’s a fantastic chance to spend some time with your family, learning together and deepening your bonds. Group fitness classes are a great way to connect and socialise with other local first responders too. These are all important elements when building your mental fitness and boosting your wellbeing.
Children below the age of 15 and adult groups will not be mixed while training. Wear comfortable exercise clothes, bring a towel and water bottle. Coffee and morning tea will be provided afterwards.
