Crafts of Random Kindness 16th Dec | West Gippsland
The perfect activity for those who love being creative and performing acts of kindness. You will have an opportunity to create and give a Christmas card from your first responder family to another first responder agency, different to your own current involvement. A great way to join in the festive spirit, connecting with local first responder families whilst you craft, helpful while making new friends and developing a support network. Crafting can also be a mindful activity, allowing you to be ‘in the moment’ while creating your project and achieving a sense of accomplishment.
You will have a choice of craft styles and the opportunity to learn new skills as well as sharing ideas and creativity with others. No experience or skills are required. You may even try your hand at writing a note or poem of encouragement using calligraphy. Refreshments will be provided.
This activity is free for first responder families. Note: Preschool children are welcome to attend, but activities are designed for adults. Fortem is currently monitoring COVID guidelines closely and may reschedule this event and notify participants accordingly.
This is a small group activity with limited numbers. Register now to secure your place. Note registration is not confirmed until Fortem sends a confirmation email. Restrictions apply in line with current COVID regulations.
