Are you ready to bring some mindfulness into your family home? Join Kathryn from A Mindful Start for a one hour online webinar. She will cover:
• What is mindfulness and what are the benefits for parents and their children.
• How to start the day calm and mindful
• Fun mindful activities to bring calm and connection
• How to help children relax their minds and bodies
The session will give families fun, simple and effective mindful techniques to help bring more calm into their family routine. Mindfulness practices are a health approach to coping with stress, decreasing worry anxiety and depression and increase self awareness.
This activity is free for first responder families (eligibility here). Upon registration, participants will be provided with the zoom link to join these sessions. You will need a reliable internet connection with a device capable of supporting Zoom video conferencing.
