SafeTALK Suicide Alertness Training | East Gippsland
The LivingWorks safeTALK program is a half-day training in suicide alertness. It helps participants recognise a person with thoughts of suicide and connect them with resources that can help them in choosing to live. Over the course of the training, safeTALK participants will learn to notice and respond to situations where suicide thoughts may be present and apply the TALK steps: Tell, Ask, Listen and KeepSafe.
Anyone who wants to make a difference can learn the safeTALK model.
This free wellbeing activity is for first responder families (eligibility here). The activity is suitable for first responders registering individually or with an additional adult.
