Join us for a morning of Ten Pin Bowling where you can be active and connect with your partner, or adult or teen (16+) family member, and other local first responders and their partners. This activity will include 2 games of bowling and shoe hire, for a fun-filled couple of hours. The sport of tenpin bowling provides physical and mental health benefits through exercise and social interaction. It is a skill based sport that promotes ongoing progression opportunities, with a focus on general fitness, movement and targeting skills, whilst developing motor skills such as coordination and balance.
This free wellbeing activity is for first responder families (check eligibility here: Who We Support). Suitable for adults, or an adult registering with a teenager, minimum age 16. No experience needed. This activity will be a casual monthly catch-up, future date to be advised.
