Ten Pin Bowling Monthly Catch Up March | Shoalhaven

Join us for a morning of Ten Pin Bowling where you can be active and connect with your partner, or adult family member, and other local first responders and their partners. This activity will include 2 games of bowling and shoe hire, for a fun-filled couple of hours. The sport of tenpin bowling provides physical and mental health benefits through exercise and social interaction. It is a skill based sport that promotes ongoing progression opportunities, with a focus on general fitness, movement and targeting skills, whilst developing motor skills such as coordination and balance.

This free wellbeing activity is for first responder families (check eligibility here: Who We Support). Adults only. No experience needed. This activity will be a casual monthly catch-up, future date to be advised.

Fortem is currently monitoring COVID guidelines closely and may reschedule this event and notify participants accordingly.
