Two Course Cooking Class | Sydney
Join us for an exciting cooking class, where chefs from the cooking school will take you step by step through the process of creating a two course meal. For your main, you will master Roast Pumpkin & Ricotta Ravioli Parcels with sage burnt butter, pine nuts, cranberries and parmesan. Then learn how to create a delicious dessert of Warm Chocolate Fondant with hazelnut praline ice cream (note: vanilla ice cream available for those with nut allergies). The class will go for 2 – 2.5 hours, allowing plenty of time to cook and enjoy your meal, as well as socialise with other first responders families.
