It’s time to give the humble vegetable the spotlight. In this interactive cooking class you will learn various cooking methods for bringing out the true flavour of vegetables that won’t have you wondering where the meat is. We will cook some fabulous vegetarian dishes including a simple but delicious whole roasted pumpkin with caramelised onion, the tastiest sweet treats that will be sure to impress, and some delicious sauces and dressings to take that salad to the next level!
