Weekly Walking Group Moonee Ponds | Melbourne

First responder families join us for an hour walk every week along well-established pathways, with a coffee and social chat at the end of the walk at a local cafe. Come along for the walk and learn more about Fortem Australia and what activities and services we provide, as well as meet new people. Our walking group is also a great way to connect and socialise with other local first responders, to boost your social well-being by broadening social networks and range of relationships with others in the wider community. Walking is also a great way of improving & maintaining physical health and relieving stress and tension for your mental health.

This free wellbeing activity is for first responder families (check outWho We Serve here). Children and well-socialised dogs welcome. Please wear comfortable walking shoes. Fortem is currently monitoring COVID guidelines closely and may reschedule this event and notify participants accordingly. Restrictions apply in line with current COVID regulations.
