World Mental Health Day – Come & Try Archery Family Day | Canberra

Join us for a two hour archery class for first responder families, followed by lunch. A great way to connect with other local first responder families in Canberra, plus you can get active and learn a new skill!

This Fortem activity can assist with getting outside and being active, which helps build wellness and resilience and is positively associated with mental fitness. It can also contribute to improved connection with family and peers. Good personal relationships are protective for wellbeing.
