Thanks to Browns Plains Police
Thank you to our local Fire Fighters
We were on holiday in Terrigal 7 years ago when my husband suddenly collapsed. Two ambulances came with intensive care paramedics and they were amazing. The care my husband received between the paramedics, and the emergency team at Gosford Hospital, saved his life. It was a very complicated health event and I still can’t believe the team figured it out. Thank you from my daughters and I for saving him for us!
A big thank you to all the Firefighters, Police and Paramedics for looking after us and keeping us safe!
Thank you Zac and all – you turned up so fast after I rang 000 and your response had the potential to make a difference between life and death. x x x
Thank you to all First Responders especially Browns Plains and Crestmead Police Stations who supported me and my family on my sister’s passing. Thank you to Browns Plains Ambulance for looking after me on Origin night a few years back and stayed with me at QE2. Also to Browns Plains Fires Station who helped us when my husband melted the Weber and gave my daughter a seat in the fire truck. You are all appreciated as well as your families for all your sacrifices you make to keep our community safe.
Thank you for your effort, long hours, dedication. Your bravery is outstanding!
Thank you for all your hard work and making sure to always being there to protect us and providing assistance to us all!

Goodstart Fedrick Street would like to say a big thank you to our first responders.
Thankyou to all the first responders for the sacrifice they make and what they do, and their families for supporting them!
Thank you to all the fantastic first responders looking out for us before, during and after the so many different situations we often find ourselves in. A special shout out to my son Matthew Hancock who is hanging out of this helicopter!
To all first responders… paramedics, fire-fighters, police, SES, ambulance drivers, nurses and everyone. Thank you. I’ve been lucky so far not to need your help but know you’re there. Tough jobs all, under-appreciated but so critical at tough times. You’re legends.
Thank you again.
Thank You to all of our Emergency Services around the country. Special thanks to officers of the Queensland Police Serice, particularly those that I’ve have had the privilege to volunteer alongside. Their job can be tough, unpredictable, and often thankless, yet they show up every day without fail. Keep up the good work!
I know that today, you as first responders will go to work, kit up and go about your day, like it’s any other.
I want you to know that you are appreciated and we thank you.
We have seen firsthand your commitment to your community and your tireless efforts do not go unnoticed.
This day is rightly dedicated to you. Thank you.
The first responders do a wonderful job and thank you all so much.
Thank you for all the work you do, day in, day out! Your work is much appreciated.
Thank you to all the amazing first responders who take care of us. We go to school near a hospital, so we hear the helicopter flying over all the time. Every time we hear it, we know there are special people on their way to help someone who needs them. We are so grateful for all you do to look after us!
I want to thank you for the amazing work you all do each day and for saving my sons life after he was shot a few years ago if it weren’t for you I would not have a son.
Thank you to the incredible paramedics who saved my dad’s life when he suffered a heart attack.
Your quick thinking, professionalism, and determination made all the difference. You managed to get into the house and begin treatment without hesitation. Without your swift action, he wouldn’t be here today.
We are forever grateful.
Thank you to all the first responders who put their lives on the line daily to keep our community safe. What you do daily is selfless and not always given the thanks and respect it deserves. Thank you for everything you do!
Thank you to all First Responders and families! You are amazing!
Thank you, Thank you to all the wonderful first responders who have helped so many here on the Mid North Coast in these past weeks of devastating flooding. Your kindness, compassion and bravery have literally been lifesaving.
Thankyou so much for your kindness and support when I was in such need in the early hours. You not only helped me to the hospital, you did so in a way that helped me feel safe and supported <3
Thank you for putting out the fire across the street from my Grandparents, so their home didn’t catch on fire too.
Thank you for taking me to the hospital to get my brain checked, when I was really sick.
Thanks to my dad and all the other first responders who help people every day.
As my birthday draws near, I reflect on the day I came into the world, born at home with paramedics by my side and I want to say a heartfelt thank you to all first responders. Your strength, compassion, and presence in life’s most critical moments leave a lasting impact. You were there for me at the very beginning, you show up for so many families daily and I carry that gratitude with me always.
Thank you for your dedication, courage, and compassion. Every day, you put yourselves on the front line to protect and support our communities—often in the most challenging circumstances. Whether it’s fighting fires, saving lives, or simply being there when we need you most, your service does not go unnoticed. We are so grateful for everything you do.
Thank you to the first responders who attended the car accident that took the lives of two of my family members, and to those who carried out the incredibly difficult task of knocking on our family’s door to deliver the news. I know how deeply calls involving the death of children can affect you. Your strength, compassion, and service in those unimaginable moments are not forgotten.
Thanks for supporting our First Responders in training individuals at any work location who have taken up a volunteer position. Keeping them aware of all the current requirements and also providing Mental Health First Aid when its needed the most with your colleagues. Your a star at Williams Training Services in our eyes.
I would like to humbly thank the north Brisbane firies, ambos and police who attended my car bonnet head on when I was found unconscious with heatstroke.
All I remember from that day was telling the firie ‘What are you doing here, I’m not on fire’. And all the orange, red, blue, white flashing lights.
As a nurse I have a small inkling of what it takes every day for people who do the work you all do. I have the greatest respect for each and every first responder – not sure I could do it. So I take my hat off to you all and I know many people for whom I have had the privilege to care are only here because of your expertise and efforts. Thank you for all you do every single day.
We notice the first responders in our daily lives and are in awe of your sacrifices and courage to help our communities when they are in their darkest moments.
You shine a light.
My husband & I would love to thank all the first responders for their dedication and care they give people in their time of need they are very special people.
I don’t know where we’d be without them, their never shown enough appreciation THANK YOU!
As a retired NSW Police officer and Vietnam veteran I am overwhelmed that someone has finally acknowledged our service and commitment to our communities, and the pressures and stresses of our services. Life long memories.
Thank you are just two little words, but they carry a power of praise, appreciation and gratitude for all our first responders who serve our community selflessly, with total dedication, compassion and earless heartfelt abandon. You bring such comfort, security and relief through your presence and open giving hands.
My heart aches for you when you are abused physically and mentally and emotionally. You are all earth angels, gifted and so needed in our communities. God bless you, protect you, provide for you and hold your hand always.
My son is a cop (WAPOL) who works in the country. One week, he was in Perth for a training course. He came to visit us and while he was home, my husband had a seizure and stopped breathing. My son immediately jumped into action with CPR and called 000 while I could only watch and cry.
Multiple ambos arrived with 5 mins. If the stars hadn’t aligned, my husband wouldn’t be here today.
I’m forever thankful for my son’s training and that of the Ambos.
I have two first responders in my family. My husband and my son and like all first responders they give it their all in training, responding and comforting.
It’s not easy at times in what they come across and see.
My heart goes out to every one of the first responders regardless if you are a volunteer and not paid or a paid responder you are all amazing.
And so very much appreciated
Thank you for your service. We can’t thank you enough.
Thank you to all First responders.
When we call you will come, no questions asked. Rain, hail, shine you are out there on one of our worst days. You listen to us, you show empathy, and you help.
Thank you for your Service to your Community. I have a daughter who is serving in the Police Force up in Mackay I am proud of her helping and supporting Australians. God Bless all of you First Responders.
To ambulance officers I extend my gratitude for attending to me. Not once, not twice but three times.
After 18 years as a volunteer first responder I have the greatest respect for our first responder. I carry with me the scars and ghost of my time but I would give anything to still be able to be one. I teach my grandchildren to thank them for their service when we see one. Light, Love and Blessings to all that head towards the horrors we are taught to run away from.
Thank you all, the emergency services for being here in the Bega Valley 2019 when the fires destroyed so much but the community spirit shone
I just want to thank the paramedics and police who, have turned up at my home time and time again, when my mental health was failing me, and I was so unwell mentally, I was angry and scared, about being made to go to hospital for my own well being and to get better, they stayed and talked to me for a very long time, they were so patient and made me realise it would be ok to go with them, I went with them against my will, it was the best thing that I listened. It was a long stay in hospital 7 months on a mental health ward, if it had of not been for the paramedics and the police that helped me see that life was worth it, that I was worth it I would not be here today, so we need to get behind these amazing people who do so much for us, I thank you and recognise you- xxx
To the SES, Ambulance, Fire Brigades, Police you are all amazing, stay safe and THANK YOU. You are all always in my prayers
I have such admiration for each and everyone of our First Responders, day and night they are there to assist whenever needed. Thank you for your dedication and service to all in the general public.
Thank you to all that work day after day, year after year, looking out for their fellow man. We See You.
I have used first responders and am eternally grateful for them.
Thank you all for the amazing work you do in supporting and looking after our community!
I am 68 years old, have a chronic health condition in relation of my lungs, a heart condition and live on my own. I have needed to call 000 for an Ambulance on eight occasions in the last ten months and on six of those occasions the Paramedics that responded to my call, determined I was of such a condition that I should be taken to hospital. Upon arrival often within 20 minutes of my call they would immediately get an C.O.P.D, asthma emergency plan into action with puffers, nebulisers and the like, whilst undertaking other vital tests including ecgs. The teams have always been professional, polite, caring and considerate. I hold these wonderful people and all first responders in the highest regard. I can assure you from experience, there is no more welcome knock on your door than at any time of day or night than a team Paramedics to calm you in a time of crisis and a medical episode.
To all Responders all I can say is Thank you and I can never say it enough.
Thank you for all you do, know I prayfor your safety both physically and mentally.
Please remember if things get tough seek help you are not alone even at your lowest moment we see you and care.
