Fortem recognised in Ballina

Fortem has been recognised for its work on the NSW north coast at the Ballina RSL Club’s annual community recognition evening. 

Local community engagement coordinator Kerryann Smith was on hand to accept the award which recognised the work Fortem does in supporting first responders and their families in the area. 

That includes facilitating social connection activities for local first responders and their families, collaborating with agencies and engaging with the community on disaster resilience and the annual Thank a First Responder Day campaign. 

Fortem thanks the Ballina RSL Club for its ongoing support and appreciation.
