If you’ve ever wanted to learn the art of paint pouring or try a new craft, then this workshop is for you!
It’s the perfect introduction for anyone wanting to have some hands-on experience creating fluid art, or paint pouring. You’ll learn paint pouring basics, tips and tricks, different types of pourings and mixing information under guidance. This is all followed by light refreshments, while we wait for our artwork to dry.
This free wellbeing activity is for first responder families (check out who we serve here). Register yourself, and up to one other adult or teenager aged 16 and over (your partner, family member, or someone from your inner circle). Encourage a first responder colleague to register too, or make connections on the day.
All Fortem Wellbeing Activities are underpinned by the 5 Ways to Wellbeing — a set of practical lifestyle habits which contribute to our overall mental fitness. This model by our partners at The Royal Melbourne Hospital is based on widely researched, effective strategies for improving mental health and wellbeing, and forms the foundation of all Fortem Australia events, programs, and activities.
