Fortem’s Circle community portal is an online platform that brings together career development resources, self-paced learning including pre-recorded and live workshops, and peer connection in one secure space. It is designed to support individuals who are navigating career transition by giving them ongoing access to tools, guidance, and learning materials outside of one-on-one appointments.
Circle can be accessed anytime and allows participants to progress at their own pace while still feeling connected to professional support and a broader community.*
*Circle is available to first responders who are participating in the Career Management Program.

- Age retirement or medical separation workshop

- Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL)
- How to job search effectively and create job search strategies
- Mock interviews
- Lifestyle and wellbeing workshops and modules.

Participants have access to practical resources that can be downloaded and used independently, including:
- Resume and cover letter templates

- Interview preparation worksheets and tips

Circle includes discussion spaces where participants can:
- Ask questions and seek guidance
