We will hear from inspirational Australian legend Kurt Fearnley. Fearnley is a national hero. His achievements are truly inspirational. He was a marathon gold medalist at the Athens and Beijing Paralympics, has won numerous marathons across the world and has two Commonwealth Games Gold medals. Fearnley was NSW Australian of the year for 2019 and has recently hosted his own show ÔÇÿOne Plus One’ on the ABC. This is one event not to be missed!

All Fortem Wellbeing Activities are underpinned by the 5 Ways to Wellbeing — a set of practical lifestyle habits which contribute to our overall mental fitness. This model by our partners at The Royal Melbourne Hospital is based on widely researched, effective strategies for improving mental health and wellbeing, and forms the foundation of all Fortem Australia events, programs, and activities.
