Healthy habits help with a healthy mindset. This class is a quick midday reset, your weekly reminder and opportunity to MOVE. This series is a low-impact class, functional class with movements inspired from Yoga and Pilates designed to stretch, strengthen and move your joints through their full range of movement whilst incorporating mindfulness techniques. A great opportunity to dial in from the comfort of your home or to connect in the office with your team mates.

All Fortem Wellbeing Activities are underpinned by the 5 Ways to Wellbeing — a set of practical lifestyle habits which contribute to our overall mental fitness. This model by our partners at The Royal Melbourne Hospital is based on widely researched, effective strategies for improving mental health and wellbeing, and forms the foundation of all Fortem Australia events, programs, and activities.
