If life is in danger
Beyond Blue 24/7 crisis support
Fortem Australia during business hours
Healthy habits help with a healthy mindset. This class is a quick midday reset, your weekly reminder and opportunity to MOVE. This series is a low-impact class, functional class with movements inspired from Yoga and Pilates designed to stretch, strengthen and move your joints through their full range of movement whilst incorporating mindfulness techniques. A great opportunity to dial in from the comfort of your home or to connect in the office with your team mates.
This online activity is accessed via Teams. There is no need to download any software as Teams can be accessed through most internet browsers.
This free wellbeing activity is for first responder families (check out who we serve here). Register yourself, and up to one other adult and up to two children aged 6 and over (your partner, children, family members, or someone from your inner circle). Encourage a first responder colleague to register too, or make connections on the day.
All Fortem Wellbeing Activities are underpinned by the 5 Ways to Wellbeing – a set of practical lifestyle habits which contribute to our overall mental fitness. This model by our partners at The Royal Melbourne Hospital is based on widely researched, effective strategies for improving mental health and wellbeing, and forms the foundation of all Fortem Australia events, programs, and activities.
