Join the Gold Coast Police Charity Golf Day

Golfing enthusiasts are invited to tee off for a great cause, with registrations for the 2025 Gold Coast Police Golf Club Charity Golf Day now open.

Fortem Australia is delighted to be named one of the fundraising recipients, together with Blue Hope and Queensland Police Legacy. Funds raised will help Fortem deliver mental health and wellbeing programs and services for first responders and their families.

Presented by the Gold Coast Police Golf Club, the day also serves as a memorial event in honour of Detective Senior Constable Damian Leeding who was fatally shot on 29 May 2011 when responding to an armed robbery in progress at Pacific Pines Tavern.

The 2025 Gold Coast Police Charity Golf Day will be held from 6am-2pm on Thursday 29 May 2025 at Palm Meadows Golf Course at Carrara.

As well as great golf, prizes and raffles and a golfing trick show, Palm Meadows will provide lunch to participants. Cost to take part is $125 per player.

Register here.

The Gold Coast Police Golf Club has also kindly offered four spots on the course for first responders and their families to take part. Check out our wellbeing activities calendar to register.
