First responder families, join us for this group fitness program developed by personal trainer, Ryan. Each week offers a different workout to keep it fresh and keep you motivated. Workouts include cardio, functional strength training, learning new exercises and correct technique, using a wide range of training styles such as high intensity training, circuits, individual challenges, and team workouts.

All Fortem Wellbeing Activities are underpinned by the 5 Ways to Wellbeing — a set of practical lifestyle habits which contribute to our overall mental fitness. This model by our partners at The Royal Melbourne Hospital is based on widely researched, effective strategies for improving mental health and wellbeing, and forms the foundation of all Fortem Australia events, programs, and activities.
