Join us for an indoor rock-climbing session, where you can explore a new activity or build on your existing skills. It’s a fantastic opportunity to stay active while connecting with your partner, family, and fellow local first responders. This event offers a fun and engaging way to maintain fitness and strengthen bonds. We will also have a coloring station available for the younger family members.

This free wellbeing activity is for first responder families (check out who we serve). Register yourself, and up to one other adult and up to two children aged 3 and over.

All Fortem Wellbeing Activities are underpinned by the 5 Ways to Wellbeing. Created by our partners at The Royal Melbourne Hospital, this is a set of practical lifestyle habits which contribute to improving our overall mental fitness.

Register your interest in attending this activity by clicking on the Registration Form button below. Registration is not complete until you receive confirmation by email from the Fortem team.
