Rock climbing - Ballina

Join us for Indoor Rock Climbing!

With climbing routes for all ages and levels of ability, you can try something new or further develop your skills whilst having an awesome, active and action-packed afternoon, one the whole family can enjoy.

Indoor Rock Climbing is a stealth fitness activity, where the physical elements of rock climbing (like flexibility, agility, strength) are less imposing because they are built into an enjoyable activity. Those who prefer laid-back exploration can approach climbing walls with an easy-going mindset, those who love competition and challenge can set goals and improve on previous climbs.

It’s also one of those activities that appeals to all ages, allows for great social connection and is a stand out for fun.

Note: Waivers will need to be completed by participants, manually on entry

This free wellbeing activity is for first responder families (check out who we serve). Register yourself, and up to one other person aged 5 and over.

All Fortem Wellbeing Activities are underpinned by the 5 Ways to Wellbeing. Created by our partners at The Royal Melbourne Hospital, this is a set of practical lifestyle habits which contribute to improving our overall mental fitness.
