Our Learn To Rest activity balances stress with deep relaxation, building resilience and maintaining health. You’ll explore gentle movement, somatic tools for nervous system regulation, and restorative mindfulness meditation. This session helps calm your nervous system and provides the rest needed to integrate experiences and restore resilience.

This free wellbeing activity is for first responder families (check out who we serve). Register yourself, and up to one other adult. 

All Fortem Wellbeing Activities are underpinned by the 5 Ways to Wellbeing. Created by our partners at The Royal Melbourne Hospital, this is a set of practical lifestyle habits which contribute to improving our overall mental fitness.
