Kokedama Making

Dive into nature with our fun workshop learning how to make your very own Kokedama’s. Great for adults and kids, this Japanese art involves wrapping and binding plants in moss and string, transforming plants into mini works of art to take home.

This free wellbeing activity is for first responder families (check out who we serve). Register yourself, and up to one other adult and up to two children.

All Fortem Wellbeing Activities are underpinned by the 5 Ways to Wellbeing. Created by our partners at The Royal Melbourne Hospital, this is a set of practical lifestyle habits which contribute to improving our overall mental fitness.
