Monthly Parkrun | Melbourne

March 30 @ 8:00 am - 9:00 am AEST

Free
Walk

First responder families, lace up your sneakers and join us for either a 5km walk, run or jog around a flat and tranquil Parkrun located in an inner-western suburb approximately 5-10 kms from Melbourne’s CBD.

It’s an opportunity to exercise first thing on a Saturday morning, spend quality time with your family or colleagues, and meet other like-minded people. You’ll also receive a Fortem cap and a refreshment afterward for your efforts.

This free wellbeing activity is for first responder families (check out who we serve here). Register yourself, and up to one other adult and up to two children (your partner, children, family members, or someone from your inner circle). Encourage a first responder colleague to register too, or make connections on the day.

All Fortem Wellbeing Activities are underpinned by the 5 Ways to Wellbeing — a set of practical lifestyle habits which contribute to our overall mental fitness. This model by our partners at The Royal Melbourne Hospital is based on widely researched, effective strategies for improving mental health and wellbeing, and forms the foundation of all Fortem Australia events, programs, and activities.

Please register your interest in attending this activity by clicking on the Registration Form button below. Note, registration is not complete until you receive confirmation by email from the Fortem team.

We have recently updated our registration process. Should you require step-by-step instructions on how to register for an activity, please click here.
