Fortem’s Virtual Pilates sessions are 45-minute mat Pilates sessions – you are free to log in and complete the activity in the park, at home, in the office or garden.
The Fortem instructor will take you through some basic (and more challenging!) Pilates movements with a specific focus throughout each session. This session will focus on using the Pilates Ball to challenge and build the glutes, thighs and abdominals. The Pilates Ball will be mailed directly to you. Instructors will ensure movements are safely done, but please do let us know if you have any specific injuries or ailments prior to the class.
This free wellbeing activity is for first responder families (check out who we serve). Register yourself, and up to one other adult and up to two children aged 12 and over.
All Fortem Wellbeing Activities are underpinned by the 5 Ways to Wellbeing. Created by our partners at The Royal Melbourne Hospital, this is a set of practical lifestyle habits which contribute to improving our overall mental fitness.
