Take a slow conscious breath and imagine….You are laying down under a beautiful clear summers night. Surrounded by fairy lights and candles. You welcome a cool breeze on your skin. As you are gently guided through 60 minutes of meditation, your body lets go a little more with each breath. You come to the end of the class and your body is completely relaxed.
Up above lies the moon, surrounded by thousands and thousands of tiny stars. You marvel at the most simplest of pleasures, and feel grateful that you had the chance to enjoy the stillness of the night.
We welcome a new year with a positive intention by taking the time we need to rest, restore and renew.

All Fortem Wellbeing Activities are underpinned by the 5 Ways to Wellbeing — a set of practical lifestyle habits which contribute to our overall mental fitness. This model by our partners at The Royal Melbourne Hospital is based on widely researched, effective strategies for improving mental health and wellbeing, and forms the foundation of all Fortem Australia events, programs, and activities.
Please register your interest in attending this activity by working through the registration form below. Note, registration is not complete until you receive confirmation by email from the Fortem team.
