This class is designed to use sound and vibration to promote relaxation and meditation. It is slow-paced and suitable for anyone.
The class is intended to assist participants to not only relax in the moment, but to take away methods of relaxation to practice themselves. Optional to bring a cushion or pillow for comfort of the neck and head during the class.
This free wellbeing activity is for first responder families (check out who we serve). Register yourself, and up to one other adult and up to two children aged 12 and over.
