Meditation can be a perfect short escape from the modern stresses of life.
Sound meditation includes the harmonic sounds and vibrations produced by singing bowls, chimes, drums and other sound bathing equipment which resonate throughout this session providing a deep meditative state, where rest and relaxation help to restore balance and calm throughout the body. This session starts with breath meditation and gentle stretching and is followed by a deeply relaxing 45 minutes of sound, music and vibration.
The activity will take approximately 1 hour is suitable for all fitness levels
