In celebration of TAFRD, please join us and the Ballina Shire Council Community Recovery Officers, for a special fun filled family day of R & R as we express our gratitude to all local first responders and families and promote wellbeing strategies.
18 holes of Mini Golf or hit the Driving Range, plus a BBQ lunch to finish in the evening! You will also get to take home a dry bag full with wellbeing resources for the whole family. Bring the kids, your partner, your coworkers and let’s hit the course for a day of friendly competition.
This free wellbeing activity is for first responder families (check out who we serve). Register yourself, and up to one other adult and up to two children.
All Fortem Wellbeing Activities are underpinned by the 5 Ways to Wellbeing. Created by our partners at The Royal Melbourne Hospital, this is a set of practical lifestyle habits which contribute to improving our overall mental fitness.
This specific event is being funded through collaboration of the NSW Reconstruction Authority and Ballina Shire Council Community Recovery Program.
