Tai Chi by the Sea! | BURLEIGH

Come along and start your day feeling recentered and energised.

Tai chi is a healing martial art combining many movements with circulation, breathing and stretching techniques. Tai chi is sometimes described as meditation in motion, because it promotes serenity through gentle movements – connecting the mind and body. Whether you’ve tried it before or not, come along and give it a go!

Join us for complimentary coffee and cake afterwards.

This free wellbeing activity is for first responder families (check out who we serve). Register yourself, and up to one other adult and up to two children. 

All Fortem Wellbeing Activities are underpinned by the 5 Ways to Wellbeing. Created by our partners at The Royal Melbourne Hospital, this is a set of practical lifestyle habits which contribute to improving our overall mental fitness.
