Fortem’s Career Management Program also acts as a powerful tool for career retention, with a sizeable number of first responders choosing to renew their commitment to public service by continuing employment with their agency after participating in the program.
Fortem also offers access to social connection wellbeing activities and mental health support, ensuring that individuals and their families are equipped to manage the complexities of first responder work and significant life changes.

VESPIIA, Australia’s first industry institute for organisations working with veterans, police, and emergency services, acknowledged Fortem’s innovative approach to transition support as a model for others to follow.
