Frontline Reset – Breathwork Workshop | Alstonville

January 15, 2026 @ 7:00 pm - 8:30 pm AEDT

This Breathing Workshop is designed to equip participants with practical, evidence-based techniques to support both physical and mental wellbeing.

By understanding and improving breathing biochemistry, first responders can enhance focus, reduce anxiety, and better manage the physiological effects of stress and trauma exposure.

The workshop promotes calm, controlled breathing as a simple yet powerful tool to aid recovery, improve sleep, and strengthen resilience – helping first responders perform at their best on and off duty.

This free wellbeing activity is for first responder families (check out who we serve). Register yourself, and up to one other adult and up to two children.

All Fortem wellbeing activities are underpinned by the 5 Ways to Wellbeing. Created by our partners at The Royal Melbourne Hospital, this is a set of practical lifestyle habits which contribute to improving our overall mental fitness.

Register your interest in attending this activity by clicking on the registration form button below. Registration is not complete until you receive confirmation by email from the Fortem team.
