This class is intended to be both relaxing and invigorating with you being able to choose how relaxed or intense you would like the session to be. The water is soothing as it removes pressure for your joints and provides gentle resistance for your muscles. Yes you can reach the bottom. Come for a good workout or for some simple movement; it’s up to you. Either way you’ll start your week feeling good!
